1944 — 2013 David Landau, 69, of Corvallis, died Nov. 10, 2013, in Corvallis while folk dancing. David was born in Washington, D.C. Survivors include wife, Barbara; daughter, Anna Landau and husband, Felix Lam, of Boston, Mass., and stepson, Matthew; elder brother, Daniel; and younger brother, Nathan. He was preceded in death by his sister, Devorah. David worked as a grant-writer for the Morongo Indian Reservation in Southern California. He was an avid organic gardener, spending hours planting, harvesting and putting up a variety of vegetables. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to the Friends of the Library. A memorial service for David will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at DeMoss-Durdan Funeral Home, 541-754-6255.
